Our Sustainable Collection includes our shirts and linen wrap skirts, made from eco-friendly materials. Our jacket collection focuses on small quantities, locally and ethically made in the UAE. We are becoming increasingly more environmentally conscious with every new product launched and we intend to become a fully eco-friendly brand with plans to launch further sustainable lines in the future. All our sizes are based one universal size that apply to both men and women. The shirts are based on a slim fit size for men and a relaxed, looser size for women. Men can take their usual size. The sizes come up a little bigger and longer for women than the standard women's sizes. Women can upsize or downsize depending on how they want to style the shirt. If you are a medium, you can wear a Treedog 'small' for a good fit or go for the 'medium' if you want a looser style. Our jackets are made for a relaxed fit and come in medium or large sizes. The medium size fits sizes small-medium and the large size fits large-extra large. Our linen wrap skirts for women come in S, M, L and have a flexible waist size.

Our shirts and a selection of smoking jackets are made from viscose and ECOVERO viscose. Viscose is a lovely soft and comfortable fabric, however, it has a tendency to shrink when soaked in water and, if not dried flat, may dry out of shape. Please dry clean or hand wash your garment in cold water and dry it flat. Our jackets with trim are made from a crepe fabric and can be machine-washed at 30 degrees max or dry-cleaned. Our sari smoking jackets are dry clean only as they are made from satin and should be handled with care. Our linen wrap skirts can be washed on a cool machine wash (30 degrees max), dry-cleaned or hand-washed. Iron while damp to remove creases easily.

As an eco-conscious brand, we try to be as transparent as possible. The fabrics we use mainly are viscose and ECOVERO viscose. Our jackets with trim are made from crepe and our sari smoking jackets are made from satin. Our linen wrap skirts are made from 100% Linen from Belgium and Italy. Currently, we only accept online card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners Club Card.

All local (UAE) orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days. International orders should take 3-4 days and you may be liable to pay customs and duties on import.

Yes, we offer worldwide express shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our international shipments are delivered by courier and tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Returns are free within the UAE and must be made within 14 days from receiving the item. To return your product, please email returns@treedogstore.com with your name and order number and request a return. For more information please head to Shipping & Returns. If you are ordering from outside the UAE (international orders), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping fees for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any import duties or tax you have had to pay to receive the item are also non-refundable as these are out of our control.
