Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Delivery
The shipping charge within the UAE is AED 25.
Local deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days once shipped (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

International Delivery
We offer worldwide express shipping* via a tracked service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
The estimated delivery for international shipments is 3-4 working days subject to customs clearance. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), once a shipment reaches your destination country. Treedog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Department of the Treasury administers various economic and trade sanctions. We do not ship to countries and regions restricted and sanctioned by OFAC in accordance with the United Nations and UAE law.

Return &
Exchange Policy
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your product you have 14 days to return or exchange it for a different size. Returns can be made as long as the item has not been worn, is in its original packaging and has all original tags attached. Items on sale are not refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. If you haven't received your refund within 7 working days please contact us at returns@treedogstore.com.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at returns@treedogstore.com.
Shipping
To return your product, please email returns@treedogstore.com with your name and order number and request a return.
Returns are free within the UAE.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the UAE (international orders), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping fees for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any import duties or tax you have had to pay to receive the item are also non-refundable as these are out of our control.
